2.- In order to open the front door you need to download an App on your phone called LOCKEDIN, you can find here https://app-support-eu.smart321.com/yundingtylockin
Once LOCKEDIN App is installed you need to login using the username and password provided just for you and click on the “Front Door Lock” as you can see in the following image:
And then you just need to click on the key ico and move it to the right to unlock and to the left to lock as you can see in the following image:
CHECKOUT PROCEDURE: Just close the door, lift the handle and lock it using the App.
PARKING: All the places in front of the house and at the back are free
WIFI:

- Upstairs front rooms: Network: Manus Place. Password: Monument123-4
Very important: Do not unplug the plugs covered with tape because the CCTV outside the house and the thermostat might stop working, etc
HEATING:
The thermostat is scheduled but if you need more or less temperature you can contact our staff via Whatsapp (Preferred method) email or calls
Just in case, the boiler switch is on the left hand side of the first bedroom door, but please don’t turn it off.
LITTERING POLICY:
- Put all your rubbish in black bags and leave them inside the ‘General Waste” Bin and every Tuesday night bins must be placed outside the front fence ready for collection.
- Reciclyjng collection has stopped temporarily. More info here.
If any of the conditions are not met, the bins will not be collected by the Council weekly service and we have the right to pay a private removal service from the damages deposit.
